This is my second novel, which spans nearly two years. I am very grateful for your support and companionship.

After the finale was sent out, I felt relieved, because although there was a small crisis in the middle, it finally landed safely.

In the past two years, I have been carefully weaving the pirate world in my mind and writing an ending I want. Although there are many childish places, it can be regarded as an explanation for my ten-year career of chasing anime.

I started watching One Piece around 2014, and it has been ten years now. Sometimes I really want to say to the author: The dog thief is not finished yet! The dog thief should update soon!

If I want to write about One Piece in the future, I may have to wait until it is finished or the pit is almost filled.

Why write Tom in the pirate world?

Because I like it. Tom and Jerry is one of my favorite cartoons.

For a while, I wanted to be an UP host, and I edited a few Tom and Jerry videos. I watched more than 100 episodes of the old Tom and Jerry cartoons over and over again just to find a few clips I wanted, so I am very familiar with the old Tom.

But I always felt that the new version was weird after watching two episodes, so I didn’t watch it much, so I didn’t give Tom those big names like Superman or something, I just wrote the ordinary (?) cat Tom in my memory.

What disappointed many people was why there was only one Tom without SpongeBob, Patrick, Mickey Mouse and the like?

Because I’m too bad and can’t write at all.

Tom is okay, he is a normal thinking, ordinary cat most of the time, only occasionally showing a super funny side.

But the others are too difficult. If I write it back, it will look very childish and silly, and if I write it maturely, it will look very strange.

Anyway, I never thought of how to deal with it, so even if I know that many people are looking forward to those characters with abnormal styles, I never dare to write them.

I once wanted to read a novel about Tom, and I searched for keywords such as Tom, Tom Cat, Jerry, Tom and Jerry in the search bar of Qidian. But I only found one book that I could read at that time, so I just did it myself.

As the saying goes, if you can do it, you can do it, and then I did it. As for whether I can do it after I do it, it depends on the book friends.

Anyway, the data of the new book period was quite good at that time, and I was even honored to have caused a small trend of writing funny characters.

Once the editor even complained that many people submitted novels with funny characters to him during that period, but they were all corrupted by popsicles… Hahaha, my vanity was greatly satisfied.

In fact, this book almost died in the womb, because it was rejected at the beginning of the submission, so I had to think about it again.

I thought about it for several days, and finally decided to write it like this.

Thank the editor for tolerating my willfulness at the time.

In fact, for new authors, the most important thing about starting a new book is not to fail, because if it fails, it is easy to lose confidence, and then affect subsequent writing.

Now I think about it, I am actually both fortunate and a little scared.

Fortunately, the performance is not bad. When this book was put on the shelves, it ranked second on the new book list (whispering, the first one was a platinum).

The first order was more than 3,900, and it barely averaged 10,000 when it reached more than 1 million words, and then it slowly declined.

As of the time I finished writing this review, the average order was only 9,500 – to a large extent, I did it myself, and I deserve it.

Regarding the characters on the cover, people have been asking about the silhouettes. In fact, they are Altria, Wendy, Misaka Mikoto and Luo Tianyi. Those were the characters I planned at the beginning, the swordsman, the doctor, the gunner, the musician…

But plans can’t keep up with changes. It would be awkward to force some people to join, so some were changed, and some were reluctantly abandoned – you can see from my avatar that I am a fan of Tianyi. The original plan was to write a Luo Tianyi in 300 Heroes, but it didn’t work out. It’s a bit regrettable. In the end, the only thing related to Tianyi is the protagonist’s key pendant, which is a pity.

In addition to her and Misaka Mikoto, the characters I originally planned include Luo Xiaohei, Rainbow Cat, Dragon Maid Thor, Shiba Inu Thor from Shilleng, Dingchun from Gintama, the profiteer De from My Name is Ai Mu Ti, the navigator should have been Haier Brothers, a platelet that can get into the protagonist’s body to help him become stronger, and even the little Nezha from Legend of Nezha, and the protagonist should also have a set of handsome armor for the Wave Messenger…

It’s just that due to the author’s ability and the length of the novel, a lot of them were abandoned.

Too many characters would be hard to write, and too many abilities would be forgotten while writing. For example, I often forget the problem of Wendy’s dizziness in transportation, so sometimes I have to use the magic of “Troyia” to make it up after writing.

I don’t dare to write emotional scenes. I felt a little embarrassed when writing Naruto and Hinata in the last book, so I have been writing this book in a more restrained way.

It’s a pity that due to the limitation of ability, I can’t fully present the best story I imagined to everyone, and I can’t let many characters that everyone likes appear. Sorry.

(In fact, I still don’t know what motivated you to continue reading this book until I finished it… In other words, I don’t know what the selling point of this book is, and I’m a little confused.)

I have a few ideas about the new book, but I haven’t decided yet.

I plan to take a break first, read novels and watch TV series to find some inspiration, and then I will advertise at the end of this book.

Then I have planned eight chapters for the extra chapters, and I will write them after I have a rest.
